Our main recruitment strategy is we recruit those candidates who have worked in related industries, we inform the candidates about the activity they will carry out at the workplace, about the project, and all the other necessary aspects. We interview and test the candidates. We test them in their current work environment. This reduces the risk of recruiting staff who do not meet expectations. If any candidate is not at least two years of international experience, we do not consider them as skilled workers. Our focus is to get candidates with work experience from overseas and those who are familiar with the international context of a multi-cultural environment.
